Ballet Technique Intermediate

Come enjoy the excitement and beauty of classical ballet! This class meets Thursdays from 8:00pm - 9:00pm and will focus on ballet terminology and technique through the execution of barre work, center, and across the floor exercises. You will gain a clear understanding of body alignment, movement quality, carriage of upper body, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels, geared towards early intermediate ages 13+.
